Always keep your Art in a Safe place.
This is a drawing I did back in 2011 right after I graduated from high school in the year of 2011. I didn’t use no reference I just drew how I was feeling and used a lot of my imagination as this is my own made up character. Her name is Wild Woman and I will also be posting a regular cartoon drawing of her. But as I’ve mentioned before in earlier post we always improve our drawings over the years and sometimes were able to come up with new ideas for our projects. Never throw away your old art work, keep and and always make a photocopy and try to store it in plastic dividers to keep the drawing in tact. Remember the lead starts to go away after a period of time so its very important to take care of your art and to have copies of your art for back up.
Also, your art can be a reminder and can be a good influence for new upcoming young artist or for anyone trying to become an artist today. Sometimes when we first start were like “man I’m never gonna as good as that artist”. But as you see it takes time and a lot of practice. As an artist I’m determined to help others in improving there art skills and offering tips on what to do to become the best artist you can be. One thing I can say and this is very true, always come up with your own style of Art, never try to copy another artist style. There are many reasons why me and other artist say that but to sum it all up you want someone to see how good of an artist you are and that’s what your trying to portray to the world.
As always I will keep you all updated on whats new and coming to BrownsComicArt and if you haven’t already check out some of my other pages as I have updated a lot of them including my art galleries.
